Did you know when people get involved in cleaning their neighbourhoods, parks and open spaces, they are less likely to litter - and more likely to keep it clean?
To help we're launching our "Red Bag" program. Volunteers can collect litter during their free time...anytime! This program enables volunteers to pick and choose when and where they will dedicate time to collecting trash.
Simply pick up a red bag or two from the Town Office, fill with trash and leave on the side of the road. Our employees will collect and dispose of at no cost to the volunteer.
(This program was brought forward from the many seniors in our community who have spent their time collecting litter. To them we say "THANK YOU".)
