Taxi drivers transport a great number of people and are in a position of trust to deliver each fare to their destination in a safe and timely manner. It is the Municipality's responsibility to provide for the health, safety, and consumer protection of its residents and visitors by licencing taxis in the Municipality.

By-Law 1660 outlines the requirements for obtaining a taxi licence in Marathon.

To apply fill out the Taxi or Limousine Driver Licence Application form and bring it to the Town Office during regular business hours with all the required documents.

Taxi or Limousine Driver Licence applications will not be processed until all documents are received.
