Penn Lake Subdivision - Line Clearing - March 23

On March 23, 2023 MKWA Contracting will begin line clearing to initiate the utility layouts for geotechnical work to investigate the existing subgrade conditions of the Penn Lake Subdivision Phase II.

This work is anticipated to take 6-8 days.  

The area outlined in white will be affected as the Town of Marathon completes the initial soil conditions review for the positioning of water distribution, sanitary sewers, storm water management, road network and utilities for Phase II Development.  

Barricades will be in place, and for safety the area is off limits to the public at this time.
