2023 – 2026 Strategic Plan
The Town of Marathon has started the process to create a new Corporate Strategic Plan. Strategic Planning is the cornerstone for organizational management that we use to set priorities and focus energy and resources for the next four years.
As part of this process, the Town is looking for local stakeholder feedback. An online survey has been created to capture feedback and can be accessed using the "Online Survey" link below. The form will remain available until January 22, 2023.
